Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted where legally applicable.
  • Special-order, customised or personalised products cannot be cancelled once procurement or manufacture has commenced.
