Returns & Refunds Policy

We aim to supply products of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition unless the item is defective.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by us.
• Once the returned goods have been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Defective products remain subject to the Consumer Protection Act and any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
• Products that have been installed, modified, abused or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return unless covered by warranty.
• Units may be returned within 7 working days of receipt date.
• Units must be as new with no damage- Not used.
• The Cost of returning the units will be at the dealers expense (no Credits will be done on shipping).
• All returns will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.
• No special orders may be returned.
