What water do you need?

Decide whether you need a boiling-water point, a HydroTap configuration, a drinking fountain or a water chiller. Not every model offers the same water functions.

Match the installation.

Compare the exact unit dimensions, connections, ventilation and servicing access. A tap system, wall boiler and floor-standing unit each need a different plan.

Choosing, ordering and planning installation.

Where can I buy ZIP water products in South Africa?

Drinking Waters sells ZIP HydroTap systems, HydroBoil wall-mounted boilers, and ZIP drinking fountains and water chillers. We are based at Millennium Park, Stellenberg Road, Parow Industria, Cape Town, 7493, with delivery across South Africa. Call 072 543 1831 for help choosing a model.

What is the difference between HydroTap, HydroBoil and a ZIP fountain?

HydroTap is a tap-based drinking-water system with water options that depend on the model. HydroBoil is a wall-mounted boiling-water unit. ZIP Chillmaster fountains and Economaster water chillers serve a different drinking-water need. Choose the product family for your intended use, then compare the exact model specifications.

Do all ZIP HydroTaps provide boiling, chilled and sparkling water?

No. Water options vary by configuration. The current catalogue includes BC, BCS and BA HydroTap listings. Check the named model and its product description for the supplied water functions, tap finish, capacity and installation requirements. Do not assume every HydroTap includes sparkling water.

Why do HydroTap cards say Enquire for pricing?

The HydroTap listings in this range are sold by enquiry. Contact Drinking Waters with the complete model name, preferred finish and delivery postcode for a quote and current availability. Installation and any additional components should be confirmed as part of your enquiry.

Which ZIP drinking fountains and water chillers do you list?

The current range includes stainless steel ZIP Chillmaster listings with and without a water filter, a foot-operated Chillmaster without a water filter, and the white epoxy-coated ZIP Economaster water chiller. Compare the product details and confirm the dispensing arrangement and filter provision for your selected model.

Which HydroBoil sizes and finishes are available?

The current HydroBoil range includes stainless steel and white models in 2.5L, 5L, 7.5L, 10L, 15L and 25L capacities, plus black models in 2.5L, 5L, 7.5L and 10L. Compare peak demand, usable draw-off and recovery performance rather than choosing by tank size alone.

Do you deliver ZIP products to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban?

Yes. Drinking Waters offers delivery across South Africa, including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban. Share your preferred model, delivery postcode and access details so we can confirm delivery charges, availability and lead time.

Is installation included, and how do I arrange servicing?

Confirm installation, additional components, warranty and servicing arrangements before ordering. Requirements differ between a HydroTap, HydroBoil and drinking fountain. Follow the exact model's installation and maintenance instructions, and ask our team to confirm the support process for your selected unit.
